Refund & Returns Policy

At Zouhra Home, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our refund and returns policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless faulty or damaged.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. However, eligible items may be approved for a store credit or exchange at our discretion.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@zouhrahome.com with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Preorders

Preorder delivery dates are estimates only and may be subject to change. Refund requests for preorder items may be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, your order may be shipped together unless otherwise arranged.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

• Gift cards
• Clearance or sale items
• Custom or personalised products
• Used or washed items

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for major faults or failures.
