Yes, once your order has been placed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. You will also receive any relevant updates regarding your order status as it progresses.
If your order includes a pre-order item, the items in your order which are available at the time of order will be dispatched within 2 business days and the preorder items will be dispatched once they become available.

Yes, to minimise the likelihood of lost parcels or parcels being delivered to incorrect addresses, we do require a signature on delivery. If you are not home, you will be notified for a collection service at your nearest post office.
